Looking at the full picture

Emotional and mental health difficulties don’t happen in isolation. They’re often connected to what’s happening at home, at school, in relationships or beneath the surface more generally.

We take time to understand that wider picture, so our help’s relevant, joined up and practical – not just in theory, but in day-to-day life.

Shaping therapy approaches around the person

We use different therapy techniques depending on the person, their age and what they’re going through. These include CBT, trauma-informed therapy, play therapy, attachment-focused therapy, psychotherapy and integrative counselling. It’s about finding the approach that gives the right support at the right time.
