We at Teenage Mental Health are working hard to support you as best possible. We appreciate that being in therapy or having a child in therapy can have it’s ups and downs, and all our team are here to support you.
Teenage Mental Health have responsibility to ensure support and safety for all those working at or visiting our centre.
Teenage Mental Health operate a zero-tolerance policy to any abusive behaviour or language towards any staff and others visiting our premises. You will be asked to leave the premises, and these may affect services offered to you or those in your care.
Parents and Carers, please note if you would like to speak with a therapist regarding someone in your care receiving counselling, please request a parental consult or call via reception. Therapists usually have patients one after the other and are not always able to speak between appointments.
If you have any questions or concerns to raise that you feel unable to approach a therapist or a member of reception regarding, please refer to our Feedback and Complaints procedure on www.teenagementalhealth.com.
